My wife purchased the GP ZT-4. I was responsible for the delivery charges. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to return it until the 18th of January. The next day, I called Green Power, who said they would refund my money, but only if I returned the scooter for free. When I requested a refund, they demanded that I pay for delivery of the scooter. This would have cost me approximately PS300.
